Tracy and Ashley were very responsive and proactive. They were ready to set us up at another rental if the storm repairs weren't completed by check in. Whenever we had questions after we arrived, they were quick to respond and offer solutions. Not a lot of knick-knacks sitting out and empty closets which was nice. Some places we have stayed have so much out that there is no room for what we have, including in the closets. The use of the garage was a nice bonus. Nice location, close to grocery store and Walmart.

A great stay nice quiet neighborhood. Spacious and accommodating home. Tracy was a great host, even allowed us to extend our stay last minute.

We had a small issue with the hot water lasting, tracy was quick to respond and fix the issues. Beds were comfy, house was clean. Would book again in the future.

Based on the photos, we were looking forward to a simple Airbnb in a good location. Unfortunately, we found a house that had not been cleaned. The sheets were not fresh, the kitchen and floors were dirty.
Tracy was quick to respond and apologized. Unfortunately, this did not change the poor condition. We cut our stay short and canceled the booking.

There was a rotten smell we couldn’t find until we were leaving and put clothes as instructions say in the washer. There was molded towels in the washer
It was very uncomfortable for my grandkids to see playboy magazine photos in frames on the wall of the bedroom
Then Saturday while me and my daughter was getting dressed we saw a flash in the bedroom.
We almost did not stay any longer.
Very uncomfortable all the way around. Not much sleeping was done due to the feeling

Great location, easy to understand arrival and departure instructions. Quick responses to all of my questions and/ or concerns. Beautiful home, even better than the pictures show. Conveniently located close to grocery store, WalMart, Dollar General and gas stations, for all of those items that you forgot at home or run out of.
Big things that really stuck out to us were the comfortable beds, extremely hot water and water pressure!!
Will definitely consider staying with them again!!

This home has a great location, nice quite neighborhood. The beds and couch were very comfortable.

The stay started at a little rough with the AC and Hot Water but they put in some window units until the AC was fixed and everything was in working order by time I got there Tuesday evening. But Tracy and Ashley were very responsive and kept me updated on the status of both. They took care of us for the inconvenience already booked it again for next week it is just blocks from my worksite.
