This quiet home sits on over a half acre, making it the ideal place to stretch out and roam. The large yard provides a great place for outdoor lounging and plenty of relaxing, eating, or rocking while listening to the toads croak, songbirds sing and the breeze whispering through the trees. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are costly for a rental company. We understand that emergencies come up and we want to be fair. If cancellations occur 30 days or more prior to your reservation date, all deposits are fully refundable with the exception of a cancelation fee. If cancellations occur less than 30 days from your reservation date, deposits are non-refundable. However, you may rebook and those funds will be applied to your next reservation. You may only reschedule one time. If cancellations occur within 7 days of your reservation date, deposits and fees are non-refundable, and no rebooking credit will be given.
Deposit Policy
At the time of booking, we require a 25% deposit if it is 31 or more days prior to your arrival date. At 30 days from your arrival date, the final balance is due in full. If the reservation is less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is due upon booking. At least one guest must be over 21 years old. Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the Home overnight. Otherwise, additional charges could be incurred.
