Lake Fork is best known for its fishing, as it holds 15 of the top 20 Texas State Record largemouth bass ever caught, making it one of the premier trophy bass fishing lakes in the world. We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the value of your booking. Please review the following terms before making a reservation:

Cancellation Fee
• A cancellation fee of $59.95 will apply to all cancellations.

Refund Guidelines
• 100.00% refund if 6 days before arrival (minus the cancellation fee).
• 50.00% refund if 5 days before arrival (minus the cancellation fee).

Deposit Policy

At the time of booking, we require a 25% deposit if it is 31 or more days prior to your arrival date. At 30 days from your arrival date, the final balance is due in full. If the reservation is less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is due upon booking. At least one guest must be over 21 years old. Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the Home overnight. Otherwise, additional charges could be incurred.
